South West Development Commission CEO addresses the crowd at Edith Cowan University Bunbury Campus's Graduation ceremony on Saturday 16 April.
Mr Punch spoke of the benefits of studying at Edith Cowan and made special mention of defending the new Surf Science degree which saw its first graduates at this ceremony.
Later Mr Punch said that he would like to see more relevant South West courses offered at Edith Cowan Bunbury.
