Tony has just opened Chow Ciao on the capucino strip in Victoria Street
Bunbury.
He describes Chow Ciao as a "Mediterrasian Cafe", being a relaxed
casual cafe producing uncomplicated yet innovative cuisine encompassing
the essence of Mediterranean foods and cooking methods gently entwined
with the colours and flavours of Asia.
Chow Ciao is open at present from 9am - 10pm but these hours are
