Bunbury property continues to be in high demand with prices
appreciating in consistent fashion.
Bunbury real estate agent Greg Gardiner, of Summit Realty Bunbury,
reports a sales increase of over 50% on 2004 figures. Mr Gardiner
reports an across the board demand for Bunbury property and says that
all Bunbury real estate agents are struggling to maintain property
stock with demand continually outstripping supply.
Summit Realty is located on the corner of Symmons and Wittenoom
Streets in Bunbury, opposite the Lord Forrest Hotel. Summit Realty is
